Hvis du sidder inde med spørgsmål du kunne tænke dig at få besvaret i fremtidige interviews, så skriv dem til mig. Så sørger jeg for at få stillet dem i fremtiden.
Her følger det første interview i serien. Interview 1, om spiritualitet:
1) What is your definition of the word “spirituality”?
I believe the word “spirituality” can have various meaning depending on how it is used. To me, it can represent the closeness to God. It can also mean the power one may have hidden within “Spiritual power”.
2) What’s your viewpoint of people’s general spiritual level nowadays, in the Western World?
As the world gets more modern, the further one gets away from religion is how I feel. I feel as the world gets more advanced, people’s faith in God decreases and increases in Science therefore resulting in loss of spirituality.
3) How do you think it would impact the world as a whole, if spirituality grew in the Western World?
I think people would have more inner peace, individuals would strive to please God not only their worldly desires. I feel crime would decrease due to the fear of God we would have inside of all of us. I believe respect between individuals would increase due to the love of God inside of all of us.
4) What’s your viewpoint on meditation?
I think meditation is a great way to reduce stress & clear the mind. I do feel meditation can play a crucial role in one’s spiritual journey if done properly.
5) What’s your viewpoint on mindfulness?
I assume it means being aware of our surroundings as well as what you may be experiencing which I feel is a normal part of life.
6) What kinds of meditation do you personally use?
Mostly Dzikir of Various names of Allah and or Ayats from the Quran which I repeat an x number of times while being in a full peace of mind and only concentrating on what I am reciting.
7) What are some basic spiritual practices you think would be beneficial for the average person?
I personally believe the first step is getting close to God. I do not understand how one wants to be spiritual but have no faith or belief in God while having belief in various types of energies, chakras and even entities! I just don’t understand how one can have faith in such things but not in God.
8) If someone knew nothing about spirituality, but wanted to know what they could start doing today, to get more spiritual, what would you recommend they do?
Due to my method of spiritual practices consisting of Ruhani/Noorani ilm (pure white spiritual knowledge) which have direct correlations with Allah (God) and the Quran, I would most likely give them certain chants (Dzikir) consist of the 99 names of Allah (Asma Ul Husna) that I personally believe would work well for them.
Questions from my readers:
1) How come you are so anonymous? You can’t be spoken with on the phone, one can’t see your photo, and one can’t meet you face to face?
I have spent a very large portion of my life alone. This complete social isolation impacts interaction with people. Now, yes I do go to client’s home when there is a real serious spiritual issue/matter on hand but in most cases due to my age and how I feel around others, I usually just send my student. If the spiritual matter is something my student cannot manage then I also go. But back to your questions, firstly I have given my student’s cell phone number to 4 clients (I do not use cell phone) and each and every one of these clients would call me 4-20x a day, every day for months at all hours of the day and night. Secondly, this is my online work, therefore people should be respectful of this and allow me to live the last portion of my life as I always have, alone and secluded. On a final note, I live with my student and his family. Therefore I also need to take their privacy into account when it comes people asking to see me and or meet me. Whatever can be said to me on the Phone, Skype, Sms, Messenger, etc can also be said on “Email” and I am more comfortable with this method of communication.
2) How does one handle the fear of spirits?
This is not something one can learn to handle overnight especially if the spirit is demonic. The control of fear comes with time and will power.
3) How does one get closer to their religion? So it can act as a support and shield in times of difficulty.
One needs to get closer to God and this alone can provide some form of protection.
Allah knows best
